36 Hour Rule:

Communication is a must and we expect all of our vendors to be responsive. Coester expects a response on all inquiries within 36 hours or the order may be re-assigned and no payment will be made. This is applicable even after the inspection and revisions. We understand some things will take several days or even weeks to complete. However, being unresponsive is not acceptable. We are always one e-mail or phone call away.
