We have searched the entire country far and wide to assemble a network of over 20,000 vendors. Out of those 20,000 we have narrowed it down to a group of 2,000 teammate's we use on a regular basis. We know these people by name ,and they know us, and through our relationships it has enabled us to deliver a better product faster by having vendors and appraisers who care.

with on the phone is very rarely the actual appraiser
completing the report. The quality of the product and

Staff and Vendor Appraisers
We are an appraisal company in the traditional sense we
have staff appraisers that work just for us and only do
our appraisals. This is not in all market areas, however
this gives up a great advantage regardless as we can not
only get the appraisal done much faster but also provide
an appraisers prospective on in house reviews and
quality control. This gives your company a fresh
prospective of problem solving and the ability to come
from an experts prospective on day to day business. Our
office is comprised of mortgage professionals, licensed
appraisers or appraisers in training we will not hire
anyone else.
